SmartBESO is a trademark owned by HOLDING NEXT TRADING TRACE CAPITAL, S.L. (hereinafter, “SmartBESO” or “the owner”).
2. Purpose
This legal notice governs access to and use of the website smartbeso.com and of the platform for sizing studies of battery energy storage systems (BESS) offered through it.
Access to the site is free of charge, except for the cost of the connection. Certain features require registering and creating an account, and are also governed by the terms of service.
3. Conditions of access and use
By accessing this site you become a user and accept this legal notice in the version published at any given time. You undertake to use the site in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and in particular not to:

The platform uses data from official and public sources, including the information system of the Spanish electricity system operator (Red Eléctrica’s ESIOS), regulations published in the Spanish Official State Gazette (BOE) and the European Commission’s PVGIS service.
